What will be your support team availability?

We are available 8 hours from Monday to Friday. Our timing is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.

How support process will work?

You need to send details with proper describing about the problem via email. Our support team will analyze the problem and create the support ticket. Every support ticket will take at least 15 minutes for analysis. You can track the time spent on that support ticket from your portal account.

What is a validity of above packages?

How do I pay for any of the above packages?

You can pay for any of the above plans with your PayPal account or inputting your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card details directly inside the PayPal terminal if you do not have an account. Your information will be completely secured in the PayPal terminal as we are not storing them in our database.

How can I track hours spent during any packages?

Upon subscription of our any of packages, you will get access to our portal system. You can track the work log & time spent by our consultant into portal account anytime.

I want to pay partially. Is it possible?

Sorry. All our packages come with 100% upfront payment. We will create your account in our portal and put the project in production after confirmation of payment.

I would like to cancel my package subscription and get a refund. Is this possible?

No refund is not available if our team has invested more than 5 hours of work in the project. We are only offering 5 days money back guarantee for our Installation Services Packages. Although we try our best to sort out any of your concerns at our possible strength to avoid such situations.

Can I purchase the same or another package multiple times?

How do I get support after the completion of my project?

Each package includes designated free post-live maintenance support for your project. If you receive any bug or new change requests after completion of that time period than our team will be always there to work for those requirements in a form of the new project.
